The house is on three floors and has living area is 240 square meters (approx. 2600 sq. ft.). There is a beautiful and breathtaking view of the ocean from each floor and terrace. Villa “Emerald” has modern design and fully equipped for a comfortable stay for families and companies: sun beds, towels, barbecue facilities, TV, fast internet, washing machine, dishwasher and other necessary appliances (iron, blender, kettle, etc.). Since the villa is located on the hill, we recommend to rent a car. There is a free parking on the territory within the complex.

Just in 20 meters from the entrance to the villa there is a swimming pool only for residents of the complex. It is large, equipped with sun loungers, ideal for spending time with a large family (there is enough space for everyone). The nearest beach is in 7 minutes by car. Within 500 meters there are restaurants serving Italian and Indian cuisine. Nearby there are two aqua parks (about 5 minutes by car) and two supermarkets (5 minutes by car) and a large shopping mall. Also, nearby (2-3 minutes by car) there is a horse-riding school and a farmers market.
