Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days (60 days for Christmas and New Year reservations) before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

The minimum age requirement for guests (group of friends) is 24 age old.
For families there are no age limits.
Music/parties are Not allowed after 10pm
Pets allowed with owner confirmation
Suitable for children. We provide a cot, high chair, gates.
Smoking allowed only outside of the house.
Extra Charge for check in/out between 21:00 and 8:00 is 50 euros.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
